SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEM INITIATIVE
The Sustainable Food System Initiative is a primarily student-run organization at Penn State University that facilitates a number of different events, internships, and programming. The overarching title of the program I work for is The Sustainable Food Systems Network, which includes the Dr. Keiko Miwa Ross Student Farm at Penn State, the Student Farm Club, a Food Recovery Network Chapter, the Food Systems minor, community food system partnerships, and course-client collaborations.
I am the graphic designer for this organization, and I create all of their print and digital media. This includes posters, flyers, booklets, presentations, social media posts, photography, and more. This org has provided a great expanse in my talents and expertise as a designer, and it continues to challenge and enhance my adaptation skills.
