My final challenge to tackle was an item I like to call the “solve-all” of feminine healthcare. How would Matria redesign birth control?
The solution was a keychain, with a reusable strap and clip that attaches to the disposable “wallet”. Through this design, I pinpointed a few key problems, including tracking your pills, forgetting your meds, and keeping track of the small, non-descript metal packet.
After spotting a gap in the market for a “realistic” aid to these problems, I knew this was needed.
